Currently sports have
become a very popular issue. Despite everyone practices conventional types of
sports, I strongly think the best ones are those who make you feel an extreme
feeling. I´m going to address why extreme sports are what I usually go for.
Firstly, if you are
doing an extreme sport you will probably move on to a mountain, coast side…
That’s mean you can travel and discover a new `world´, live new exciting
experiences, new people and gain independence. In addition, these sports
provide you the chance to spend more time with your friends or couple and break
your `every day routine´.
Last but not least,
you can benefit from this kind of sports if you are an anxious person. Getting
away all the problems you are worried about and just feel a rush of adrenalin.
In conclusion, although sports are a great way to keep in shape, you can also have a lot of fun and feel new emotions practicing these sort of
sports.
